So far so good, no overheating yet

I bought an integrated p6 + DSP + Carplay unit. I'm a little annoyed that I bought it at a higher price 3 weeks ago, but what are you up to, huh? Anyway, this is not a real complaint. I love this unit, it fits my car perfectly and looks and feels like it came from the factory. Everything works as expected and the sound quality is much better and it has many more features than the original device. Installation was easy, only thing not great is switching from night mode to day mode. My car has automatic headlights. So when I drive into a long tunnel the headlights come on and the device night mode turns on which is great BUT as soon as I exit the tunnel my car lights turn off. , but the device gets stuck in night mode. I'm assuming this is just a software issue, so maybe a future software update will fix this. Update: The night/day switch works, it just takes a little longer than I expected. Again, this could be a software fix, or maybe there's even an option I need to tinker with to fix the problem. So far I am very satisfied with this device. Again, no overheating yet, I say that because I see so many videos and complaints about this device overheating and they even sell heatsinks for it, but I drove the device running Google Maps with Google Play Music for over an hour . works, no problems.
