Excellent customer service

Highly recommended! Excellent customer service. There were problems connecting to Android Auto, but they were fixed the next day. Excellent response time. Worth every penny

Universal plastic suitable for in-dash navigation

This system is a regular piece of plastic with no individual serial or identification number or indications of having passed quality tests for use in vehicles or standards for electronic devices. The voltage shows a variable from 12 to 15 V. WOW! If you go to YouTube, many people complain that the device just randomly turns off, performs several resets, and there is a hiss coming out of the speakers. It's only a matter of time before this thing lights up in the car's dashboard. I just couldn'tโ€ฆ

So far so good, no overheating yet

I bought an integrated p6 + DSP + Carplay unit. I'm a little annoyed that I bought it at a higher price 3 weeks ago, but what are you up to, huh? Anyway, this is not a real complaint. I love this unit, it fits my car perfectly and looks and feels like it came from the factory. Everything works as expected and the sound quality is much better and it has many more features than the original device. Installation was easy, only thing not great is switching from night mode to day mode. My car hasโ€ฆ

Outstanding performance with a factory look!

I'll start by saying that I rarely rate my purchases; However, this radio is so feature rich and a much needed upgrade for this car that I had to give this review. I've been using it for six months now and I have nothing but praise for it. I only wish I had found it sooner for our 2018 Highlander Limited. It is very easy to install, especially if you watch the easily accessible YouTube videos. Once installed the fit and finish looks even better than the factory radio. Since owning the car, I've

The fit and finish of this radio is just perfect!

Edited 12/18/18 After several rounds of correspondence with the helpdesk (Iris) we learned that TPMS works through the car app and not the TPMS app. The first uses canbus data from the factory electronics. The latter is for use with aftermarket sensors that you attach to valve stems. Unfortunately the Canbus data is shown in kPa and not PSI. Likewise, there doesn't seem to be a way to set an alarm or view each tire's temperature (like you can do in the TPMS app). But those are primary issuesโ€ฆ
