My kids really enjoy the trampoline and honestly it is one of the best purchases I have made. I did not give 5 stars because the poles keep bending and breaking in the wind. If there was a way to purchase extra poles I would be happier.Update: I am upgrading my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars because I contacted the company and worked with Kelly over email. The customer service experience was excellent. I was able to select the replacement parts I needed, purchase them (I am out of warranty), and they shipped extremely fast. They got her in time for a party we were having which was excellent! We got the bent poles replaced and now it is as good as new. How refreshing it is to work with a customer service department that is responsive, courteous, and easy to work with without a bunch of hoops to jump through. My advice to anyone who lives in a windy area would be to purchase a few extra poles and just keep them on hand. Excellent job Zupata and Kelly.
