This is abso. beautiful. I didn't kno you still have to season this pan even tho it's enamel. e

I have found it's hard to find the right temperature for eggs. Heat distribution is so good you need the heat turned down very low.

Pros

The cast iron construction ensures even heating, which in turn leads to perfectly cooked meals every time

Cons

The product may heat unevenly
