I like that it is easy to navigate through all my benefits in one place with this tool! It also allows me access into some medical records which can be helpful for appointments or billing issues etc.. There isn't much out there right now but if you have any questions they will respond quickly via email!! We use clear view logitx mainly because we don’t want multiple applications from different companies so having 1 source helps us keep track easily when something needs changing/updating at anytime during our year plan period (applications change constantly). The most beneficial thing about this software is that it can be used by all employees regardless of their department or job title. It also provides easy access to the software from any computer with internet connection. I dislike having to pay for the software every year. This is one of the best benefits management software out there. It helps us manage our employee's medical benefits in an efficient manner.
