The ease of use, how it is organized into different sections/pages for easy navigation, speed at which payments are made, ability to generate reports that can be shared instantly with other staff members in the office (i.e., Practice Manager). I would like more training resources available as well as additional payment options such as credit cards or ACH transfers. We have been able to streamline our administrative process by creating schedules faster than ever before. This has allowed us to better serve our patients while increasing efficiency in our day-to-day operations.
