I like that it is easy for me to use, as well as my staff. It has been very helpful in our office. The only thing that i dislike about this program is that sometimes when we are trying to make changes or add new patients into the system, it takes forever! Sometimes if someone wants to change their information such as adding themself back into an account after they have left the practice, it will take hours before it actually updates. It's been great working alongside of them as I'm new in this field, being able to communicate well via Skype is nice too! Having their support staff available if needed for questions or any issues that do arise would certainly be beneficial!! I like the ease of use for my staff. It is very intuitive and easy to navigate. There are features that can be overwhelming at times, but they have been working on adding more training materials to help better understand their system. The only thing I don't like about it is how slow it is when using it on mobile devices. Definitely worth a try if you're looking for an easier way to manage your office.
