I like that it is easy for me to use, as well as my staff.

It has been very helpful in our office. The only thing that i dislike about this program is that sometimes when we are trying to make changes or add new patients into the system, it takes forever! Sometimes if someone wants to change their information such as adding themself back into an account after they have left the practice, it will take hours before it actually updates. This makes sense because of how many people there are using the computer at once but maybe it could be updated faster? We love having all of our records saved so easily.
