My first 3D printer was a Flash Forge Finder and I loved it, it had a few mechanical issues but Flash Forge tech support was fantastic and resolved these issues within 48 hours hours fixed. It's been 4 years and there hasn't been a single problem so when I was ready to upgrade my machine I decided to buy the Guider 2 which I bought directly from Flash Forge. Boy has everything changed. The car was unusable when I received it. The bed leveling is terrible and you have to level the bed before each print. My seeker is leveled once every 4 years. On the third print, the extruder nozzle hit the print bed, damaging the nozzle and the print bed. Contacted Flash Forge to try and get help. nope "The warranty does not cover the printing platform, you have to buy parts yourself." Not satisfied, but ok, I have to buy spare parts. surprise surprise, no spare parts. So now I have a $1200 doorstop. Do not purchase Flash Forge products.
