Review on Cuisinart 726-38H Chef's Classic Stainless 14-Inch Stir-Fry Pan: Exceptional Quality with Helper Handle and Glass Cover by Daniel Bulkley

I bought it in March 2020 and have used it about a dozen times. I found them not only perfect in this role but also as a finishing pan for some pasta dishes like carbonara. Heat distribution is very even and if you're used to cooking in stainless steel cookware, you'll get predictable, repeatable results. Cleaning is fairly easy if you're familiar with stainless steel, and given the size of this item, you'll likely need to hand clean it. Mine doesn't fit in my dishwasher. This brings me to another point: the product description says 14 inches. Seems normal right? It's really huge. I recommend taking a tape measure and laying out the measurements on the top of your oven. However, the lower part fits on my large heating element. great on my stove. However, it takes up a lot of space on top of the stove, which can be a problem if you also have large pots next to it. All said and done, love it and continue to use it about once a day for six weeks Definitely a great tool for home cooks.
