Unreliable and overpriced door handle
My analysis of this product showed that the antimicrobial feature failed to work after just a few weeks of use. The installation was complicated, requiring additional tools not mentioned in the package. The handle also showed signs of wear and tear, making it look weathered even though it was new. Despite the high price, the Baldwin door handle is not worth buying.
