This product comes in 2 sizes and I have previously ordered L/XL. It turns out that even the size S/M fits me perfectly despite my large circumference. This brace is so versatile I've used it around ankles, elbows (tennis elbow) and shoulders and it fits really well thanks to the long straps. Many people may underestimate this bandage because the velcro on the straps can ruin the coating of the bandage and cause holes. True - the manufacturer should use a more durable fabric. However, I rate the wrap on how long it stays cold (about 45 minutes), how versatile it is (can be used on many parts of the body), and how long it lasts (doesn't leak). This is an excellent product. The seller sent this to me a week before my Revain package order so I was very pleased with their speed.
