Under such conditions, it is almost impossible to notice that the device is frankly lying. At the same time, in the instructions for such thermometers, it is streamlined that "deviations are possible due to the individual characteristics of the skin of a particular person," transparently hinting that calibration should be done for a particular patient. Based on everything that was said to organizations where someone alone "tested" this device purely on himself at normal temperature and thinks that on the other tens / hundreds of people he demonstrates 36+ - however, I sincerely sympathize.
