Review on Persil Universal Megaperls Detergent: Superior Cleaning Power for 18 Loads (1.332 Kg) by Stacey Venugopal

I've been using 'green' detergent for several years and have had issues with stains that won't go out, armpit stinks that haven't been cleaned, and clothes that smell musty when taken out of the closet or closet drawers, I've dealt with that already busy. I was hoping that I would like it, especially for the price, and that it would be the answer to my front loader problems. Unfortunately, like another reviewer, after a day or two some of the clothing items began to have a sour vomit smell. I tried adjusting the amount of detergent used by first trying more, adding an extra rinse and then using less, but it still happened. The 'green' powder I use should be residue free and I ran a cleaning cycle before using Persil so I'm confident there was no residue left in our washing machine. After almost two months I finally threw in the towel, gave up and bought the dreaded "leading brand" of HE laundry detergent and I'm finally getting the results I've been looking for after purchasing our front loading laundry machine almost a year ago Year. I'm sad it didn't work out as a lot of people love it, but I feel like I did well. But what a waste.
