Firstly, I am a fan of the Nikon brand, I started my journey with nikon d7000, d750, d500 cameras, I always thought about a mirrorless system, but Nikon kept pulling with the answer, and I didn’t want to betray my favorite brand to switch to competitors. Over time, I acquired a decent fleet of lenses for the Nikon F mount, and here comes the answer to all competitors in the face of the Z line. For the first time, I was able to support it in my hands at a presentation in my city and immediately thought about replacing my nikon d750, since I didn’t have enough focus points, autofocus speed, and most importantly, I needed a camera that works great with video. Over time, I read a bunch of reviews and articles and realized that Nikon has made a product that meets all modern requirements, calmly competes with direct competitors, and maybe even surpasses them. In short, I bought a Nikon Z 6 + FTZ Adapter Kit with a 64 GB memory card as a gift, a huge fleet of lenses in my backpack for many years is fully compatible with this camera, though I had to wait for firmware for my lenses, there are no problems with native nikon lenses . Additional batteries from my cameras are fully compatible with Nikon Z6, yes XQD cards are very expensive, but as a photographer and this is my working tool, you always have to sacrifice money if you want to work with modern technology. In the future I plan to purchase an electronic image stabilizer and an external video recorder. Nikon gave a worthy answer to all competitors and its name is the Nikon Z series, and most importantly, the company does not forget about professionals and lovers of classic SLR cameras, continuing to release new models.
