First of all this faucet is absolutely beautiful, reliable and well built. Once installed it was just as nice and cost 1/3 less than similar Moen faucets in another bathroom. My problem is that no matter how I tighten it, the spout wobbles back and forth a bit. It wasn't a block that went through a sinkhole. Everything was set up pretty well. It was a chrome sleeve and the spout itself. It didn't quite fit the plumbing that ran through the sink hole. My Moen was assembled the same way, but it fit like a glove. Absolutely no movement. If Kingston can ever fix this little problem I will be using this product from now on. I have installed dozens of faucets. I really wanted this to work.
