I've wanted to replace my nonstick cookware for a long time. I love to cook and knew the non-stick coating didn't wash out well. When I was looking for alternatives, I came across the Kitchara brand. After reading many reviews and gathering all sorts of helpful tips, my husband and I decided to take the plunge. It wasn't easy to make - I've always used non-stick coatings, this set isn't exactly cheap, and I was worried about food sticking. Well I LOVE these pans. Haven't figured out how to make eggs yet - I've only tried twice. I guess I'll just have to use more bacon fat than I'm used to. But I'm not giving up and I can always move on to my cast iron egg pan, which is really perfect for eggs anyway.
