Won’t stop shaking for my opinion

Got this for our 5 yr old. When she gets on it won’t stop shaking. When our 9 yr old gets on it works perfect. She exceeds minimum weight requirement. Not sure why else to try.

Great for Kids, not really good for the average adult, But the quality of the product is GREAT..!!
