I ordered this for my son's birthday. The day he got it, he charged it, rode it and everything was fine. The very next day, it wouldn't power on. I immediately reached out to get a refund/replacement. The customer service team worked with me to get a new one sent without any additional cost. We've now received the new board and my son is once again zooming around everywhere.

My daughter bought this hoverboard with her own money and it didn't seem to have the battery life that the specifications promised. I contacted customer service and they said they could exchange it for a new one if the battery was not working, but the color we had that my daughter wanted was not in stock. The associate contacted me multiple times to update me on the availability and when it was available I was issued a return sticker for the old hoverboard and was sent a new one for my daughter

This comes with very protective packaging. It is very easy to operate, the design are also very good. But there’s no direction on how to get your hands on it, so it would be little difficult for beginners.

Awesome board. We needed customer service for our original one and they were great, answered ALL my questions. Very helpful. My kiddo (10) absolutely loves his hoverboard. The lights are super cool. Very sturdy too.

brand new but right out of the box makes a rattling noise, as if the gears are stripped. Only person to ride it is my 5 year old daughter, all 35 pounds of her. Ordered a replacement. Will update my review when the new one comes in.

Great gift for 8-12 year old. It looks very fun when they ride it. It keeps my boys entertained, they love their board. The color is nice and it seems sturdy and well made.

UPDATE BELOW***Very smooth and seemingly sturdy hover board.It's quiet, smooth and easy to control. The kids whip around like crazy on it.The only possible negative I can see so far (it's been a month of constant use) is that the gap in between the two halves, the center of the board, is a little loose. It sags a touch in the middle. We have not exceeded the weight limit since none of mu kids are heavy enough.It doesn't seem to effect the control of the board at all. Not yet anyway.I might be…

This is a very good product! Bought it for my kid but I also want to play it. The quality is good. And the control is very sensitive and precise. You can move forward, backward, turn and even spin! Worth the money and I would recommend it.

I bought this for my 7 year old's birthday and not too long after we had it, it wouldn't turn on. I reached out to Gotrax customer service and they replaced the board with no problems. My boys love riding these hoverboards, I highly recommend this brand!

Got this for our 5 yr old. When she gets on it won’t stop shaking. When our 9 yr old gets on it works perfect. She exceeds minimum weight requirement. Not sure why else to try.

I am fascinated with the hoverboard. I am not used to buying these products, for fear of hurting myself, but I found it very easy to use and very safe. I managed to get up to speed in very few attempts. In addition to how fun it was to use it to walk around the lake, and go from one side of the house to the other. I charge in a few hours and it doesn't take up much space in my house. I'm going to have too much fun with this product. It is very easy to get addicted to riding this.
