Customer Service in my review

I ordered this for my son's birthday. The day he got it, he charged it, rode it and everything was fine. The very next day, it wouldn't power on. I immediately reached out to get a refund/replacement. The customer service team worked with me to get a new one sent without any additional cost. We've now received the new board and my son is once again zooming around everywhere.
