My daughter bought this hoverboard with her own money and it didn't seem to have the battery life that the specifications promised. I contacted customer service and they said they could exchange it for a new one if the battery was not working, but the color we had that my daughter wanted was not in stock. The associate contacted me multiple times to update me on the availability and when it was available I was issued a return sticker for the old hoverboard and was sent a new one for my daughter which works much better.
