Cheap. Definitely not what you see in the restaurant like I was hoping for. At 9.99 I'm happy with the value. Didn't feel ergonomic at all. The short handle is impractical. My wrists and arms are weaker than usual and it was very difficult for me to hold and work. I'm right handed and the grater is designed to be gripped with the left hand and twisted with the right. The barrel does not flip to work the other way. I quickly grew tired of the grip but switched to a rotary knob at the base of the grip. This is a good feature. Did a great job grating all the cheese (parm) in the hopper except for a small piece that was left over. * Update: Broke on third use :(
