I am baking a special chocolate cake for my family and grating a bar of chocolate with a manual cheese grater was a chore. I scratched my fingers and the chocolate melted on my hands. With this rotating cheese grater, the chocolate now fits in the little compartment and I turn the knob and the chocolate comes out perfectly. The blades are nice and sharp and the whole thing can be easily disassembled for cleaning.

Works well as a cheese grater - I haven't used it for anything else. A little uncomfortable to hold when turning the handle but that's the only negative. It's easy to assemble - you just need to twist the handle properly to take it apart and put it back together. It's easy to clean - I hand wash everything so don't know how to use the dishwasher. The cheese is shredded perfectly for the peppery cheese I make. Worth the purchase price.

I am returning this item today because it is not ergonomic at all: when you turn the lever, it is constantly against the other Hand (Hold the big knob) so you can't just hold and turn it comfortably.
