Review on Care Logistics Care Capacity by Michael Wiley

Care Logistics has been a fantastic addition to our process management. There is a great deal of flexibility to define processes and they support the process with templates, workflows, and a great web portal. I honestly cannot think of any issues with Care Logistics. We were able to streamline and automate our billing process, and we have been able to reduce the amount of time spent on front office and administrative tasks. I like the fact that it is easy to use, very user friendly, has great reporting capabilities and the interface is very intuitive and simple. Nothing in particular. It does what it says and nothing more. As an ER physician I am always looking for ways to streamline my workflow and Care Logistics helps me do that. The ability to track patient flows through the hospital and quickly identify potential problems/bottlenecks is really helpful.
