I have been using this company's products for many years and have never had a bad experience or problem with the product. I won a Grand Prix of 2000 GTP for my next project and it had a bad remote control. It synced with him on the first try. For the past 25 years I've repaired cars for fun and one thing I learned quickly was to always read the instructions. I see all the bad grades and just laugh. Don't give a product a bad review because you can't read. It specifically states that this key fob works from 1997 to 2000, but there's still a complaint that the guy couldn't get it to work at his 2004 Grand Prix. Seriously folks it's not manufacturers fault you're jerks. For those who have trouble programming this remote, I am happy to include correct instructions.
