I used it for a sofa cover. Big hole so I cut this fabric in half, used a piece below the hole, a piece above the hole. The two parts blended very well; then i washed it. Still came out melted even though I used a gentle washing machine setting. I dried it with a hot hair dryer. The fabric feels nice on the outside. Yes, it's a bit stiff, especially in the form I used it in, 2 parts fused together. However, he only made it for a few dollars with a large, unrepairable hole. It's a bit pricey for just one piece, but it worked great and got right to my door quickly. I didn't follow the instructions exactly, but everything worked anyway. I will buy more, probably in other colors.
