Works well. easy to use
This is a beautiful, practical and easy to use device. I grill, smoke, and slow cook a lot, and it's great to be able to check the temperature while sitting on the couch. There are also some simple but useful warnings about target temperature and midpoints. All in all I would recommend this. I'm deducting a star because the prices are a little high, ESPECIALLY because it doesn't include a second probe.
