I can't say much about the product. The shock was a bit big for my little fella so we turned it off after the first time but the collar still worked without it. About a minute before it stopped working. The description says it's water resistant to 1 meter, our dog stepped on a bah step (the collar was about 1 inch deep) and stopped working. There is a random beep and nothing else. I contacted the seller on August 31st as per the description and RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. DO NOT BUY AND TRUST THE SELLER, THEY ARE NOT HONEST. UPDATE: The seller contacted me and basically told me to go myself, very nice. Update after update: After expressing my dissatisfaction with the response I received, I was contacted again by the seller. contacted the seller and told me I would get a full refund, which I did.
