I bought five of these mirrors for several bikes and they are far from perfect but the best compromise I can find. The shape of the mirror is rectangular, better for the bike than round. The adjustment points can be tightened just enough to keep the mirror in adjustment - as long as you don't hit it. It has enough adjustment points so you can position it exactly for your own look. The rod is long enough for an adequate viewing angle. The longer 11.5 inch rod type is bulky and uncomfortable. Cons: ______ The clamp on the handlebar is flimsy, cheap, crappy, too wide, and prone to rusting. If you have regular diameter handlebars, it's difficult to get a tight fit. You will need a piece of rubber sheeting or tape around the handlebars to secure it. Bend the clamp enough to make it look chewed up and possibly render it unusable.
