In terms of box cutting, it is much better than a normal box cutter. For my work and volunteering I have made ones that require a task boxing knife and I have used standard knives as well as other brands. The curved shape of this cutter is actually quite handy for hand use, especially if you have small hands or joint pain. The curved loop at the end makes it easy to slip in and out of cargo pockets or pockets. A small downside is the fact that only one ready-to-use blade is included with the purchase. If you're the type of person who likes having an extra blade for some reason, consider buying another one that will end up fitting in the included holder. The point where the real blade comes out is pretty small. So if you want to cut deep, this isn't really your choice. You may have to cut more than once, but most boxes are flimsy so you won't have too many problems. If you don't mind shelling out some cash for a better than usual cutting plotter and a tiny investment to get the job done, for personal use or whatever, then this is something to consider. I will benefit a lot from it and I think it's worth the money.
