I sent the monitor back because it kept flickering on and off. I've never experienced that with any monitor. I think it could be the power cord. I had no problems with the 3 pin connector, so I think it might have something to do with the way the monitor was designed, with the power supply. I'm not sure. I was hoping it was my monitor settings or that it was overheating, maybe I had to switch to a different outlet. Nothing worked. The monitor itself is very good. I liked the image quality, ultra-wide size, and ease of setup.
