Review on Titanium Nitride Coated Drill Piece by John Swain

I rarely write reviews but this product was a must have. The bits are of good quality and as promised. I really only use them to retrieve broken bolts, screws for the opposite handle to try to "unscrew" the sheared bolt. In any case, there was a bit of confusion with my order, to which the seller responded quickly. The incident did not occur through fault, but as a curious circumstance in shipping. The seller was very nice, helpful and very respectful, helped to solve the problem. Thanks again! Definitely 5 stars.
