Titanium Nitride Coated Drill Piece Review

Bought these after a nightmare where they removed a broken starter pin from an industrial forklift (aka tractor). Had to use them this week (same job) and I've been happy with them. It cuts well and I don't feel like I'm going to break the bit in a spot that would make me want to do harikari. If they let me down in any fantastic way I will update the information.

Absolute rubbish. Doesn't cut steel at all. Bought to drill out a broken bolt deep below the surface. In preparation, I drilled a pilot hole with a conventional drill and filled it with cooling lubricant - a great thing, by the way. Throw the left drill 3/8 and set the drill backwards. It moved slowly and with a lot of pressure on the drill and hardly made any chips.

I rarely write reviews but this product was a must have. The bits are of good quality and as promised. I really only use them to retrieve broken bolts, screws for the opposite handle to try to "unscrew" the sheared bolt. In any case, there was a bit of confusion with my order, to which the seller responded quickly. The incident did not occur through fault, but as a curious circumstance in shipping. The seller was very nice, helpful and very respectful, helped to solve the problem. Thanks again!
