
I was wondering why my baked goods are coming out with mixed results. So I decided to buy this oven thermometer primarily to find out how well the temperature sensor built into the oven works. actually it was. Come find out if I believe that, the "oven sensor" is off more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Now I no longer wonder why my products didn't come out right! types of bread and it is important to respect the required baking time and temperature. Especially with bread, the crust becomes hard and not crispy when it is too hot. Basically dries from the inside out. The prophecy is as good as over, my last loaf came out quite good and tasty.
