Be careful with this product. While the name is correct (Adafruit BMP280 I2C or SPI Barometric Pressure and Altitude Sensor), the product image and description is for the BME280 sensor board. The difference between the two is that the BME280 board has a humidity sensor while the BMP280 board does not. Another difference is that the I2C addresses are different, which might explain why some other browsers couldn't get it to work. However, as a BMP280 board it looked well built, was clearly marked and worked exactly as described. But since I needed a humidity sensor, I had to buy another one.
