I really like these scrambled eggs. This is my second group of 6 so I can make a dozen a week in advance. I eat two every morning. If I'm in a hurry, I'll grab them, sprinkle with salt, and put them in my car's console to eat on the go. I have a raw egg holder with this set and it's great. This will prevent the eggs from falling. A small brush would also be helpful. If you spray oil in a cup, it will pool at the bottom. I used to take a paper towel, wet it and wipe it all down. The brush will do it now and I think that's great too. The butter produced crispy edges and sometimes an odd taste. That rules it out! I'm a happy customer!
