Review on Otters Christmas Unfinished Decoration Decorating by Heather Shaw

Every year around the holidays I try to make some decorations with my family and it's been a great find. I used acrylic paint markers instead of the ones that come with the kit, but the ones that come with the kit are fine too. What I'm most excited about is the sheer volume of these - we can make them in the next 2-3 years and use the old ones for decoration! Full disclaimer - I used my own cord for the one pictured. Garland. It comes with short strings to tie to any decoration to hang on the tree and we didn't use many colorful wind chimes (not that they would be a problem, it just didn't happen.
