Too big to be useful

I'm pretty sure whoever created this tool never tried to use it. Insufficient clearance from the engine mount to access the belt tensioner in the Golf 2.0 gls. You can also try removing the head and you will likely drop it somewhere inaccessible with the belt rotating underneath.
