I like that it's easy enough my people can use without any training! Some of our new users have been confused by some buttons they don't understand yet - but we're working through those issues one at time :) We were looking into using this product because there weren;t many options out there in terms of managing volunteers' contact info from several different sources (we used the old version called Contacts Pro). It works great as long as you know what things do/don't work well with your current setup for volunteer directory management or iframe integration (which would be most companies anyway so no real surprises here!). The user interface could stand a little more improvement since sometimes when someone clicks something nothing happens unless they refresh their browser tab first and then go back to try again later after waiting 15 minutes just doesn’t seem worth it ;) That being said other than needing better documentation about how exactly everything integrates together its worked very nicely overall! Better customer service support too! The best thing about this product it's that you can make your own database of all there are in attendance! I don't like how difficult they made things when adding new people or events but if done right then its easy peasy!! You get what u pay fo. ! It was not hard at first because i had some help from someone who knows more than me so maybe try looking up tutorials before trying out such programs yourself?
