ACTS Review

The best thing about Actsofts system it that I can use my phone or computer as well while in meetings at home without having any issues of lag time when using both devices simultaneously. It also has other benefits such as being able to connect multiple computers together so you don't have to go through one device constantly if your internet goes down. I like that when you type in any of your member's names or last first initial it will automatically pull up all their info from our database so there isn't anything manual about adding them into this system! It can be slow at times if too many people are trying logging onto one computer; however once loading does start coming through everything seems fine after awhile again. I like that this program allows me to update my own personal information (like phone number or address) without having to contact the church office. It's easy to use! I dislike that it only gives me one month of updates at a time. The way they structure their terms makes it so I have to keep reinstalling. I like that all of us are able to use one system instead of having multiple systems (and keeping them synced). It's more secure than using email as it helps keep your info from being hacked or stolen in transit when you're not looking at it directly! The setup can be overwhelming since there isn't much guidance out there - but this was also true before we started working here so don't get discouraged if things aren’t clear right away.
