We ordered the wrong size part so had to return it. The product seemed good so no complaints about the actual product. However, the return process is not good! I had to pay to ship it back and it cost me about $16 with UPS. Should have sent it back via standard post but didn't realize I had to pay for shipping until I got there (my fault). They also then charged me $5.14 for the refill. So for returning my $50 purchase, I basically got $30 back. I will not use them again.
