The quality of these cheap headphones is always suspect and of course the microphone no longer works. Tried on two different computers - doesn't work. I only give it two stars because it works great as a headphone. Even if it did work, the "built-in microphone" part means it's part of the volume control that hangs six inches below the headset and is of questionable accuracy and value. Pay more money and get something better. The good thing is that it's so cheap that you can play "quality roulette" with it and hope it works right away. I don't even worry about returning it as it's not worth the hassle of packing and shipping it back. You still destroy the original packaging just by taking it out.
