Review on 🧲 Optimized Reloading Media Separator - Frankford Arsenal Platinum Series by Damon Blazis

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great for the task

The separator works as it should but has some flaws that are to be expected (which is why it still deserves 5 stars). It was designed to separate steel pins or dry materials from brass after cleaning and I have to say it does it flawlessly. However, the disadvantages to consider before buying are: 1: very noisy when the brass tumbles (brass sounds like a wet glass but without water to muffle the noise. 2: it's quite bulky when you it doesn't have a workbench dedicated to reloading (also a plus because you can separate a large amount of brass at once) 3: The design is good but the container that comes with the kit is a bit when trying to flip it weak without attachment but works well with attachment Advantages of this separator 1: separates brass and media quickly and without much effort 2: can separate a large amount of brass and media at once (partial loading of a large Frankford jar, this takes approx. 3- 4 charges) 3: greatly speeds up cleaning time compared to the magnet method for wet acrobatics 4: is a product of and fully endorsed by Frankford Arsenal which makes my life so much easier to clean brass to coming back to me stock so I can recharge Add some more brass while it dries in the dehydrator. Would 100% recommend this to anyone cleaning large quantities of brass or just wanting to reduce the work of cleaning their personal brass.
