They didn't last long - can't keep them clean
These were easy to cut down to fit into my 10.5 wide shoes. I put them in and forgot about them. They provide minimal support, but I don't need that much.However, I took them out after a couple of months to put them in new shoes. They were *disgusting*. I haven't been wearing socks, and only walk around barefoot on my carpeted floors (no shoes in the house). Yet, the insoles were covered in black. stuff. I could scrap some off, but they were impossible to get clean. Don't get me started about the smell.Yeah, I need to go with gel inserts that you can wash. or wear socks.
