Minus 1 star for missing "multifunction button". Not worth returning, I can use other tools to remove and install mandrels. Luckily the M8 mount was built in, which is exactly what I needed today. Maybe the seller can send me one? It seems to be a pretty reliable tool for the home user. I don't know if it's suitable for production use, but it looks very nice for small projects. Solidly built and factory lubricated. Awkward removal of the tool after installing the rivet as I had to rotate the entire tool to remove it from the rivet. Based on the picture I thought the knob in the center would turn the center of the spike, but it's there to provide (needed) guidance and hand support. At least you can fold the handles together after about one turn to reduce tool "wiggle" when removing.
