Steady and comfortable

During this pandemic, I can't go to the gym at all. so decided to build a small gym in my basement. This weight bench has great quality, and it has 5 levels of incline you can choose, the best part is that it's very steady when you lay on it with weighs. I love it.

The adjustable incline feature allows you to target different areas of your chest and build strength and definition

Cons

The bench may not be suitable for outdoor use, making it difficult to perform certain exercises
