Review on Numi by Joshua Reid

I just made a purchase from the Numi online store in the hopes of discovering some unique and interesting teas to add to my collection. Nevertheless, I was dissatisfied to find that their choices lacked both variety and quality, which was a problem for me. In spite of the fact that they promise to accommodate a wide variety of preferences, I discovered that the tea options they provided were limited and uninspiring. The flavors were dull and uninteresting, and I was dissatisfied by the absence of distinctive and unusual mixtures of flavors. I was disappointed. To make matters even more inconvenient for me, not only did my item not arrive when promised, but also the customer support I experienced was below average. When I contacted out to enquire about the status of my shipment, I was confronted with personnel from customer service who were neither helpful nor attentive. Based on my research and observations, I cannot say that the Numi online store is one that I would suggest to others. A tedious and disheartening shopping experience is created as a result of the limited choices as well as the bad customer service.
