Everything had everything I needed and was actually pretty customizable with one slightly annoying downside. Pros: Simple countdown clock, simple and effective. The instructions are also quite simple. There is a plastic lid that sits on top of an actual Countdown to Retirement piece of cardboard. You can erase it, scan it, and then create your own little countdown face. What I did. Cons: As other reviews suggest, installing batteries is quite a hassle. And I mean ENOUGH trouble. But with the way the product is designed, there really wasn't any other way to do it. But it's still worth giving up the star because it was literally the hardest part of the whole process. Maybe it's because I have big hands? All in all a great watch that you can customize as you wish.
