Excellent open source cheminformatics tool
The software is easy to use for beginners. It allows you to do multiple analyses simultaneously and it has an excellent tutorial section that guides users through each step in detail. I don't have any dislikes about this software so far. However, there are some features which aren't available yet (such as integration into other databases like ChEBI). This would be very helpful if we could link our data to all existing databases such as PubChem or ChemSpider. We're using it to extract information from large datasets generated by high throughput screening projects.
Pros
- Easy to integrate with various resources.
- Lots'o tools/tools can easily run across different platforms without troubleshooting issues; eases up productivity when working remotely!
- Excellent tutorials included within program's interface will guide new comers smoothly thoughout process &/or steps they need todo manually
