I installed them over the weekend and the truck looks great! The ride is a bit stiffer, but that's to be expected. My F150 is now completely flat. YouTube has made the installation fully doable. Just watch the video and follow. I used a jack, a bottle jack, 2 stands and hand tools, but it would be a lot quicker/easier with some air tools. I did 98 percent of the installation in my garage. I didn't have to use a spring compressor or change struts, which was a plus. After installation you will definitely need alignment, but after that everything is fine.
